Hours Of Operation - Lawn Clips and Landscape is proud to be of service from 7:00am- 5:00pm 6 days a week (never on Sundays). If for any reason our schedule is not convenient to your calendar, just let us know and we will be glad to accommodate your needs. |

Method of Payments - Lawn Clips and Landscape provides a variety of payment methods so that each and every one of our clients has the opportunity to render payment most convenient to them.
- Monthly Statements (must be secured by credit card)
- Monthly Statements paid for by credit card
- Card Payments (card on file, no statement)
- Online Credit Card Payments

Changes in Schedule - Should the need arise that you must change your scheduled time of service, we certainly understand. In the instance of a schedule change, we would appreciate a 24 hour notice by telephone at 972-447-9200. If we are not available, just leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as possible. Most mow days are set at the beginning of the season. However, to run a company efficiently, sometimes mow days might need to change a little. In the case that we must change your service day, you can be rest-assured you will contact you well before your scheduled day (at least 48 hours). Fertilizing days are not performed on set days. |

Weather Delays - Rain or shine, you can always rely on our technicians at Lawn Clips and Landscape to do what’s right. In the event of rain, if the rainfall is light enough we will continue on with our regular scheduled day. However, should the weather change that prevents us to continue, we will stop until the rain subsides and then continue until all of our clients receive their normal visit. Under extreme cases that we must reschedule, you will be contacted and rescheduled on the next possible business day. |

Skips (mowing) - If you skip on a regular basis, we will charge you a minimum of $5 more to mow your yard due to the extra work it creates for our workers. Please realize that this leaves extra clippings on the yard which often doesn’t look as good. |

Service Continuation and Cancellation - Our service will continue season after season without the need to call into the office to reschedule. Because we offer the flexibility of no contracts, you may cancel your service agreement in writing with Lawn Clips and Landscape at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing. |

Gates and Access Codes - In order to allow our technicians to enter your yard, all entry gates must be left unlocked on your service day. If you desire your account can be marked as a “Call Ahead” in our computer system and you will receive a call the night before the service. If you live in a gated community that is protected by a security access code, or you wish to have the technician unlock you gates, please inform the office of the code(s), so our technicians can enter. If we can not enter the yard due to a locked gate or invalid code, you will either be skipped until your next scheduled day or your appointment will be rescheduled with an additional $25 service call fee. In addition, we will not issue any type of financial credit due to a locked gate. |

Pets - At Lawn Clips and Landscape, we realize your pets are a part of your family and just like every other family member, they too are entitled to live freely in their own home, including the yard in which we maintain. In doing so, we only ask that you let us know of any animal which may be in the backyard so that are our technicians are not surprised by their presence. If you have a pet we strongly recommend that you become a “Call Ahead” customer so that you will know each time our technicians are coming. |
Issues of Complaint - Your 100% satisfaction is always a top priority at Lawn Clips and Landscape. If you ever have a question or there is a problem, you can have the peace at mind that the issue will be handled directly by our owner and that if we are notified immediately, we will make every effort to resolve the problem as soon as humanly possible.
For mowing related issues we ask that you report these issues within 48 hours to let us take care of them as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can not tell if a yard was mowed correctly or if there was a problem if you call a week later. |

Late Pays and Collections - This year we are going to ask that anyone (who hasn’t established credit in the past) who gets behind in their payments by more than 60 days to pay in advance for future services. There aren’t a lot of you out there but collections can be a real bear, and going to the credit bureau and county court house isn’t fun either. Anyone who refuses to pay for services rendered will be dealt with by reporting them to the credit bureaus and filing a lean on their property of $300 (for paper work and time) plus the price for the outstanding services. |
